Zune Player like 3 Wheeled Car

The new Zune Player from Microsoft is to be released before Christmas. According to Analyst Shaun Wu, the Zune is a repurposed Toshiba Gigabeat Player with some new software.
“Microsoft Zune appears underwhelming. Microsoft had hinted of an all-new design from the ground up, but from our analysis, it appears that the Zune is essentially a repackaged Toshiba Gigabeat that has seen limited success,†AmericanTechnologyResearch analyst Shaw Wu said in a research note last month (see Microsoft Zune ‘Underwhelming’).
The new player is going to be very limited in it’s ability to share and use music, including not being able to use Playsforsure content. Unlike Apple, who stood firm against the Music Industry’s pricing demands, Microsoft folds like a cheap suit when the negotiations over pricing arise (I actually think that this is blowback from previous Microsoft behaviour).
The Zune Player reminds me of the Reliant Regal, sure it works and has good mileage, but…….
