Lack of noise was always something that put me off electric cars from the drivers point of view. Everone loves the roar of a powerful car. Well I do at least.

Funny how the trend is now reversing; loud cars were once considered a nuicance by many, save maybe the self-proclaimed hip youngsters. Now we need to make our cars louder for safety! A positive development I guess

I think this is a ‘must have’ technology and safety feature specially for 3rd generation hybrid cars, which is not only concerned on the driver and passenger in the car but also pedestrians as well
