It is surprising for me that Korean airlines are on the 1st place. To my mind European services are much better!
Well the experts disagree. There are no EU airlines in the top 10, all Asian or Middle East.
It’s often the case that “smaller” companies are more customer-focused, as their size allows them to create a closer relationship directly with the consumer. Large companies (in this case Qantas) are prone to relying on their branding and market presence, and over time the quality of service they deliver often suffers.
I’ve got to admit that I hadn’t heard of Air New Zealand before, but after reading these results I’ll be sure to consider them if I ever get around to visiting you guys on the other side of the globe!
I used to travel with these airlines – I can actually confirm that this company is number #1

I was surprised to see that no European airlines were in the first ten companies but I’m glad that US airlines are not there too.
Well it just depends on the items the panel of judges based their decisions. We also have different personal experiences that were not included. Anyways , congrats to Air New Zealand. Keep it up.
