Pavlova Purveyors Cowell’s Genuine Pavlova partake in Pavlova pushing via video.
Voted the number 1 festive dessert by a recent survey, the Pavlova has emerged clearly as a Kiwi favorite despite a recent cross Tasman piracy attempt. Cowell’s Genuine Pavlova is a part of NZ history with the first kitchen opening in 1972 in Dunedin, and growing to 4 kitchens nationwide. The business was started by Ron & Audrey Cowell in Dunedin in 1973. The Auckland franchise is owned by David and Leah Down (as seen in the video).

Meh..I tried making them but they are never like the recipes advertise! I guess I’m just a mediocre cook heh
